'The Travelling Paintbrush' specializes in providing curriculum focused art workshops for elementary schools in the GTA.

Artist Judith Jewer draws and paints in an expressive and vibrant way to create landscapes, still life, florals, and portraits. Often painting outside 'plein air' Judith explores the beauty of nature. She is also often found at the Toronto Zoo drawing the animals with her charcoal pencils. She also enjoys working with pastels and colour pencils.

Judith has exhibited her paintings and drawings throughout the Durham Region for the last 10 years. She has participated in many juried shows.

Judith has been teaching art to children and adults art for the Town of Ajax and privately for many years. Judith has been teaching painting workshops in the 'Artist in the Schools' program for the Toronto District Catholic School Board. Judith is also teaching a workshop on drawing poetry in the 'Arts Smarts' program for the Durham Board of Education.

Judith graduated with a BA in Fine Art from McMaster University; majoring in painting and drawing. She graduated with honours in Graphic Design from George Brown College. See her art online at: http://www.museon.com/html/art.html
